If you face any issue with SMC FURNITURE purchase, we are here to make it right!
- We happily replace the orders that are defective or being damaged in Transit
- While Receiving the product buyer can reject the delivery in case of damaged packing and inform us immediately, so that we can initiate the return of the product and issue replacement or refund as per the buyers choice.
- In case of replacement or return of the items the customer needs to repack the products as in the same condition received. once item is received by us then only refund or replacement is issued.
- For any other issue, Call us at +91-8805646722 and mail at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your purchase details.
- We cautiously examine every piece of furniture before shipment, and furthermore require your confirmation once the product is delivered at your given address.
- If you find an issue, reach out to us right away.
- Furniture that is denied on the grounds that it doesn’t fit through a passage will be client’s obligation as we urge to consider the sizes referenced on the item page cautiously and check whether the furniture you request fits into your property.
- We offer swap for any damaged product within 3 days of report only.
- We assume that you study the measurements while sharing the details of the customized product.
- If the product you have received does not match your requirement, raise a complaint to email@example.com and our team will check if we can help.
- Items that are customized are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable unless it covers any issues mentioned under warranty.

- Items damaged due to wear & tear by the customer.
If you are subject to a refund for your order, the process will initiate once the product has been picked and returned to our warehouse. We shall initiate your refund within 2 to 3 days of return.

- Refund will be processed to the same account which made the purchase or the way the amount was received. No cash returns can be provided.
SMC FURNITURE reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
